Making, Changing, and Cancelling Appointments

1.We will provide the service of your choice only after a prior appointment has been made for the desired date and time, and after a specialist has been selected.
2. An appointment is required for all services and can be made through one of the following methods:

2.3. Through the MurphyStyle mobile application

2.4. Via our official profiles on Facebook (Murphy Salons) and Instagram (murphystyle).

2.5. Through direct communication with our specialists
2.6. Using the booking features available to registered users on our website

2.7. Using the quick booking feature on our website without registration

3.An appointment may be cancelled using any of the methods above no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

4.To cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you must call: 0887427192.

5.If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance three times (on three different dates), we reserve the right to refuse service in the future.
6.If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without cancellation, the full amount for the missed service will be charged at your next visit.
7.In case of delays: Up to 10 minutes for services scheduled for 30 minutes and up to 15 minutes for services scheduled for 60 minutes or longer. We reserve the right to cancel the appointment and, if requested by the client, to schedule a new one.
